Metrics

EMPAQ metrics are designed to help employers assess the performance of their health, productivity and absence programs in four distinct categories: overall absence, non-occupational absence, occupational absence and health, and employee assistance programs. These metrics allow employers to answer one of the following three central business questions:

Answering these questions, employers can determine the value of their program, identify opportunities for program improvement and assess the impact on the company’s bottom line.
