Health Leadership for Business Excellence
To recognize companies that have shown excellence and efficiency in administration of the health and productivity program(s) that directly impact business performance.
With this award we aim to:
- Recognize companies who have contributed to the business success of their company by efficiently managing the health, absence and productivity programs.
- Elevate the importance of these health & productivity programs within companies as critical to business performance.
- All companies that submit EMPAQ data all eligible for the award.
- EMPAQ is an employer-developed and driven program that provides standardized metrics to assist companies in evaluating their health and productivity programs, such as short-term disability; long-term disability, workers’ compensation; group health; family and medical leave; incidental and integrated absence; employee assistance programs; and health management programs.
Award nominations close on May 6th, the deadline for the submission of EMPAQ data.
Cerner Corporation- Cerner outperformed other large employers in the administration of its health and productivity programs. Across multiple programs measured by EMPAQ, Cerner showed strong business outcomes around incidence, cost and lost workdays.
